    If you do change your mind please don't worry, at Trident Sports Events we want you to be 100% satisfied.

    Our policy lasts 1 month from the initial purchase date. If a month has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

    Exchanges
    Trident Sports Events are always happy to exchange your product for an alternative size. Please send us an email to info@tridentsportsevents.co.uk and we'll advise what to do next.

    Goods should be returned to: Trident Sports Events Ltd, 2 Holyrood Close, Donington, Spalding, PE11 4SP, United Kingdom.

    In the event of a sizing exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    Please be aware we cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please choose a suitable delivery option (tracking/insurance etc) to cover the items.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received we will inspect it accordingly and email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    When we can't offer a refund:
    Any item not in its original condition.
    Has been damaged, not due to our error.
    Any item that is returned more than 1 month after delivery
